About the Role
Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a highly experienced Law & Motion Attorney to support our high-volume personal injury litigation practice. This role is dedicated exclusively to complex motion practice, dispositive motions, writs, and appellate matters, partnering closely with our litigation and trial teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior attorney who excels in legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy, and who prefers focusing on motion and appellate work rather than day-to-day client management.
This position is hybrid, with candidates required to be licensed in Texas.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 annually

Draft, research, and argue complex motions in personal injury matters, including:
