- Work with customers to translate business needs into AI-enhanced technical solutions.
- Configure and extend the platform using Python, MySQL, and AI APIs.
- Partner with product management to launch secure features using automation, predictive analytics, and natural language capabilities.
- Define AI-driven requirements with stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver projects on time.
- Work in an Agile environment using Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration, code reviews, and version control.
- Create and maintain validation tests for AI workflows, and use AI to optimize implementation processes.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Python web development
- 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud based solutions
- 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
- 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework
- 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs
- Hands on experience using AI enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code) to accelerate delivery, simplify workflows and focus on high value problem solving
- Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS services such as EC2, API Gateway and Lambda
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of technology services for Property & Casualty (P&C) carriers. This is a customer facing role focused on implementing AI powered solutions and configuring our platform with Python, MySQL and automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into technical outcomes, ensuring our AI enhanced systems deliver performance, reliability and impact.

This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in Argentina or Brazil. This is a long-term Independent Contractor position.
