- Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn
- Research proven wealth management and investment product structures in traditional finance, and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users
- Work closely with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution
- Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts, focusing on user value and operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings to identify new product opportunities
- Support end-to-end product operations, including product launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management
🛠️ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles
- Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management
- MMFs,Mutual Funds,ETFs, including leveraged ETFs,Structured Products, such as PPN, FCN, and Covered Call strategies, Structured tranche / leveraged fund products
- Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions
- Ability to identify strong financial product mechanisms and translate them into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect product ideas with business impact and operational execution
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong curiosity about crypto and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of tokenization, including the basic logic of how real-world assets are represented on-chain
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of existing Earn products, following established procedures and internal policies.
Maintain accurate product information, operational documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate launch-readiness checks and operational updates based on approved plans, ensuring required materials and checklists are complete.
Monitor routine operational metrics, prepare regular reports, and flag discrepancies or issues for follow-up.
Consolidate user feedback and recurring operational issues, coordinating with relevant teams to track resolution.
Work with Product, Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to support timely execution and appropriate escalation of operational matters.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, business support, or service delivery, preferably within financial services or digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures accurately.
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data organization, basic analysis, and reporting.
Experience maintaining operational documentation and coordinating tasks across multiple teams.
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to tracking issues and escalating exceptions.
Basic understanding of savings and investment products, with an awareness of operational risks and compliance requirements.
Interest in digital assets and a willingness to learn about Earn products and their operating processes.
