- Prepare and submit customs clearance documentation, coordinating with internal teams and customs agents.

- Support trading counterparties with KYC documentation and coordinate approvals and signatures.
- Help Accounting clarify and open financial securities and counter-guarantees.

🛠️ Requirements
- A university degree in Engineering or Economics
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an energy trading company or financial institution
- Good knowledge of commodity markets and European regulations
- Strong IT user skills, including Microsoft Office
- A detail-oriented, organized approach, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a solution-focused mindset
- Fluent English is required.

Join Axpo Bulgaria and play a key role connecting customs, compliance, and front office teams. If you enjoy coordinating processes, solving problems, and working at the heart of energy trading operations, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will do:
Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance in all countries where Axpo Bulgaria and Axpo Solutions trade, coordinating with internal teams and customs agents
Collect, review and verify documents for the KYC/customer onboarding process, using internal and external data sources
Communicate with internal departments (Compliance, Front Office, Business Data Management) and external counterparties parties to progress KYC cases
Support Front Office with trading counterparties' KYC document needs and coordinate approvals and signatures
Support the Accounting Team in clarifying and opening financial securities and counter-guarantees
Archive contracts and agreements, ensuring accurate versioning and acting as the reliable source of document information
What you bring & who you are:
A university degree in Engineering or Economics
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an energy trading company or financial institution
Good knowledge of commodity markets and European regulations
