Model Risk Governance Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Maintain and continuously improve the central model inventory and governance processes

• Prepare, prioritise, and coordinate model validation schedules with stakeholders and the Model Validation Team

• Own and update the Model Validation Policy to ensure consistent standards across model development and usage

• Create management reports and dashboards on validation status, findings, remediation progress, and key risks

• Collaborate closely with Model Validation Team, Risk Management, and Model Owners on model governance topics

What you bring & who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Model Validation, including model governance, frameworks, and policies

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Databricks, Power BI, and SQL; experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, or Dataiku is a plus

• Experience in risk management, quantitative analysis, financial markets, financial instruments, governance, or Front Office support functions

• Knowledge of the energy sector, commodities markets, or financial institutions is highly valued

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with complex datasets and a keen attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary environments and a proactive approach to continuous improvements

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
