What you will do:
Lead and grow the combined Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team, building a collaborative, high-performing culture
Own the data roadmap and strategy, setting priorities from discovery through delivery
Partner with business stakeholders to translate technical topics into business value and drive data adoption
Drive data quality, governance, and the development of a trusted data catalog and data products
Ensure a unified data architecture and the smooth integration of new data sources and platforms
Track KPIs such as platform uptime, data quality, and delivery cadence, and plan team budget and resources
What you bring & who you are:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience leading a team, ideally in data engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence
Strong communicator who can connect technical topics with business needs
Hands-on experience with data lakehouse architectures and BI tools – ideally Snowflake and cloud platforms such as GCP
Familiarity with agile ways of working and sprint-based delivery
Fluent in English and Polish
