Job Summary of the Field Access & Reimbursement Manager - OMF/ Extremity
The Field Access & Reimbursement Manager- OMF/ Extremity will play a pivotal role in supporting Axogen’s efforts to improve patient access to our cutting-edge solutions in OMF and our Extremity portfolio. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on strategies to identify best practices, educate healthcare providers on all aspects of reimbursement (coding, coverage, payment), and build KOL advocacy for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for improving healthcare, an advanced understanding of US reimbursement in a variety of care settings, excellent communication skills, and strong integrity/ethics.
