Key Responsibilities:
This position operates under a hybrid work model in Bentonville, AR.
Maintain daily office functionality, manage office supply inventory, oversee space allocations, and coordinate with building management for maintenance, acting as a point person for a new office buildout.
Act as the primary host and point of contact for visiting clients, external partners, and prospects while managing room bookings, meeting schedules, and AV equipment setup.
Organize, coordinate, and execute office events, team gatherings, and client meetings, including full logistics, setup, and catering management.
Track office and event budgets, source and negotiate rates with local caterers and vendors, and manage related purchasing.
Conduct market research, analyze data using standard procedures, compile clear reports to support business development, and apply brand knowledge to set up a client showroom.
Qualifications
4–5 years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Business Development, Marketing, Office Management, or a related field.
