Your Tasks
provide support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
complete service requests
reporting on incidents and service requests
ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling, answer calls and emails, and coordinate with physical therapists while providing accurate, empathetic support in a fast-paced call center.
