Deliver and assess the Diploma of Mental Health through engaging online sessions, workplace observations and learner support, while maintaining assessment records and meeting VET and RTO requirements.
Own and improve onboarding and ramp programs for customer-facing teams, building role-specific curricula, certification frameworks, and measurable milestones that help new hires reach productivity.
Delivers training and technical assistance to reentry and diversion programs, advising on evidence-based practices, implementation, performance measurement, and coordination across justice and community-service partners.
Deliver and improve scalable client training through webinars and learning programs, helping customers master the platform and Collaborative Learning methodology while sharing adoption insights with Customer Success and Product teams.
