Own end-to-end Federal proposal development and capture strategy, translating technical work into compelling, compliant submissions while building the workflows and processes that help a growing team win contracts.
Provide business development and proposal support across the full lifecycle, from capture and design through drafting, costing, review, and submission, delivering donor-compliant work under compressed timelines.
