As a Client Experience Specialist, you are the voice of our brand and the hero of our customers' day. You'll bring energy, empathy, and quick problem-solving to turn real human interactions into great experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Connect & Help: Handle high-volume of varied human callers and messages with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
Solve & Support: Stay human and real by answering questions with empathy, schedule appointments, capture leads, take orders, and guide customers using sound judgment and preferred client guidelines.

Flexible: Able to work effectively from a home office for the majority of your scheduled work time and travel to our Charleston, South Carolina office approximately 2–3 times per year for in-person meetings, training, and team collaboration.
