AlphaGov delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. AlphaGov is engaging a Law Enforcement Staffing Study Analyst for current staffing and deployment studies with city and county police and sheriff's agencies. You will turn calls-for-service and workload data into defensible staffing recommendations that agency leaders and elected officials can use.

What you'll do

- Draft findings, charts, and recommendations for chiefs, sheriffs, city managers, and governing boards
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming
