As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for Technology, you will build and engage talent pipelines for software engineering, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity roles, ensuring a diverse slate of candidates.
Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for the GTM pod, managing UK and EOR employee operations, maintaining compliant employment practices, and improving international onboarding and employee support.
Administer Rippling, payroll, benefits, commissions, and employee records while supporting HR and back-office processes, coordinating with external providers, and improving recurring workflows.
Analyze municipal police and fire compensation, benchmark comparable departments, and develop costed pay structures and implementation recommendations that support recruitment, retention, and internal equity.
Partners with GTM and Sales leaders to align talent priorities with business outcomes, solve organizational challenges, and deliver talent, compensation, and retention programs that support team performance.
