  • Own the user journey by creating the first impression and nurturing users toward conversion through intuitive, trustworthy, and optimized experiences.
  • Design AI-enabled and agentic acquisition experiences that increase funnel conversion and consumer confidence through modern UX.
  • Grow channels efficiently by designing experiences that optimize channel mix and expand product and partner depth, including partnership and debt consolidation experiences.
  • Connect the dots across consumer needs, market shifts, and emerging technologies to define experiences that don't yet exist.
  • Engage and Convert Consumers • Design, test, and optimize experiences that compel users to interact, learn, and pursue membership.
  • Lead and Elevate Design • Set the design quality bar across acquisition and new product experiences
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system so it remains pragmatic, efficient, and effective in supporting high-quality user experiences at scale.
