Senior HR Business Partner (Austin)
Partner with R&D leaders on people strategy and employee relations while building Coderβs UK employment infrastructure and advising on international employment across the UK, EOR countries, and APAC.
We are looking for a Senior HR (End-to-End People & Talent) capable of maintaining coherence across organizational design, talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance enablement.
This goes beyond purely administrative HR or high-level strategy detached from execution. You must be comfortable driving recruitment end-to-end, making tough people decisions, and getting hands-on with operational HR when the challenge demands it.
Drive end-to-end hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for key business unitsβfrom defining role profiles and sourcing candidates to interviewing, closing offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads on team structure, head-count planning, performance management, and talent retention strategies.
Build employee experience: Implement scalable onboarding, feedback loops, and culture initiatives that keep our distributed team aligned, engaged, and performing at their best.
Optimize people operations: Streamline internal HR workflows, oversee policy development, and handle day-to-day employee relations and HR compliance across our remote workforce.
Dual HRBP & Recruiting expertise: Proven track record in a HRBP/Talent Acquisition role.
Full-cycle sourcing & closing: Demonstrated ability to independently source, evaluate, and hire top-tier talent for complex technical or operational roles.
Hands-on ownership: Strong bias for action with a comfort level spanning from strategic organizational planning to writing job specs and troubleshooting HR ops.
Remote leadership & communication: English with clear written and verbal communication skills tailored for a distributed international team.
