Important: This is not a call center position, but a client relationship and sales role where communication, proactivity, and continuous development play a key role.

Contact clients via phone and email, understand their needs, and conduct consultations

Present XTB's services and inform clients about trading opportunities in financial markets

Write short, current event-related commentary on financial markets

Continuous professional development in financial markets, investment knowledge, and sales

• Have a positive attitude and prioritize client-centered thinking
• Are interested in financial markets (forex, commodities, investments, cryptocurrencies, stocks)
• Are proactive, reliable, flexible, and responsible
• Love learning, are open to new knowledge, and constantly develop yourself
• Speak Hungarian fluently, both verbally and in writing
• Have basic English language skills
• Confidently use MS Office programs
• Strive for professional, neat appearance (changing room available in the office)
