- Support the Chief Accountant in day-to-day management of the accounting team
- Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accuracy of accounting entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Perform periodic reconciliations between the general ledger and subledgers
- Ensure compliance with the Accounting Act, IFRS, and tax regulations
- Prepare financial analyses and reports for the Management Board

- Very good command of MS Excel and ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA

Responsibilities
Supporting the Chief Accountant in day‑to‑day management of the accounting team
Coordinating month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes
Overseeing the accuracy of accounting entries and general ledger reconciliations
Performing periodic reconciliations between the general ledger and subledgers
Ensuring compliance of accounting processes with the Accounting Act, IFRS, and tax regulations
Cooperating with external auditors, tax advisors, and supervisory institutions
Working closely with operational teams on the introduction of new products
Participating in the implementation project of a new ERP system
Contributing to optimisation and automation projects within finance and accounting processes
Collaborating with international subsidiaries and branches of the XTB Group
Preparing financial analyses and reports for the Management Board and other stakeholders
Acting as a deputy for the Chief Accountant during absences
Requirements

Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
