RESPONSIBLE TO

Configuration Management Manager (During maternity Absence)

Material Change and Tool Development Lead

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Material Change and Tool Development Lead, provide ownership and accountability for Material Change execution and review activities together with post Maextro tasks.

Responsible for development and management of reporting, automation and tracking process across the Configuration Management Group leveraging AI for automation development.

Key Responsibilities:

MATERIAL MASTER:

• Act as owner of MM execution for Configuration Management activities.
• Task allocation and oversight
• Implementation of ECR in S4 Hana including but not limited to
  • MM Basic Data update
  • Form-Fit-Function Class Update
  • DIR (Document Information Repository) Creation and Update
• Interface with different functions for Catalogue and Fabricated Part Release in S4 Hana.
• Finish Good creation via Maextro, a MM management application.  
• Work with Data Team on Maextro enhancement projects.
• Attend daily ECR status update meetings for action assignment

 TOOL DEVELOPMENT

• Take on ownership for the development of new tools and improvement or troubleshooting of existing tools for Configuration Management to proactively manage process and deliverables:
  • Trackers
  • Creation and maintenance of Sharepoint Pages
  • Reporting Metrics
  • PowerBI reports
• Automation (Power Automate/ Power Apps/ AI)
• Duties as deemed necessary by the Configuration Management Manager.

 

Location: Homebased with potential international planned travel as required and meetings in Pasig, Metro Manila

 

Qualifications

Degree in related subject

Additional Information

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experience of tool development leveraging AI desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users, process owners, IT teams, and other functional stakeholders.
• Task allocation and oversight
• Ability to translate business requirements and process concepts into functional application designs, workflows, data structures, and automation logic.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for developing applications, workflows, approvals, notifications.
• Experience using SharePoint Lists and Libraries.
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management-level visualizations using PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, tables, data transformation, and Power Query.
