- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent across various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Leverage business acumen to align recruitment strategies with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates for alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and define key selection criteria.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve hiring processes.
🛠️ Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any other related field
- CIPD qualification will be considered an advantage
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tech recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful with drive and passion for talent attraction
- Enthusiastic, team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) will be considered an advantage
