The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and curious Junior Corporate Services Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day maintenance, administration, and support of our cloud systems and services.

Manage and administer multi-cloud subscriptions (PaaS/SaaS) across Microsoft Azure and other providers, overseeing implementation, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
Resolve complex technical issues by providing Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting, incident management, and service-level tracking.
Oversee the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environment, including Conditional Access, identity protection, group management, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
Manage Microsoft 365 Enterprise products (SharePoint, Teams, compliance tools) and administer Intune MDM for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android endpoints.
Enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) by maintaining the Enterprise Access Control Matrix.
Partner with Information Security to research and deploy system hardening solutions, conduct routine security audits, and identify vulnerabilities.
Deploy automated patch management solutions for Microsoft and third-party software, including executing emergency patching procedures.
Liaise with external partners and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and document new IT solutions that support business growth.
Mentor and train the IT Service Desk team, creating detailed documentation and work instructions to elevate overall support quality.
BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant degree
At least 2 years of experience in a Systems Administration or relevant position

Deep understanding of the following:
2 years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration). End User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting. Strong verbal and written.
Maintains and improves Oracle-based business systems by managing cloud environments, deployments, infrastructure performance, and stakeholder requirements while advancing resilience and operational efficiency.
Support ESA satellite telecommunications R&D through system analysis and simulation, technical studies of future SATCOM systems, industrial activity management, and development of technology roadmaps and projects.
Lead environmental permitting and field compliance for development projects, using GIS and regulatory expertise to guide design and construction teams, manage environmental constraints, and reduce permitting risks.
Implement and debug software features and fixes, write tested code, participate in reviews, and collaborate with engineers and test partners while building expertise in production application development.
