Major Function
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Fundraising Operations Senior Business Analyst.The Fundraising Operations Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the CRM database and spearheading the implementation of automated data processing solutions for WWF. They are charged with analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The position is also entrusted with crafting and upholding business process documents crucial for both change management and end-user training. This role involves close, cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization ensuring that revenue processing and gift administration goals are achieved.

The Business Analyst will lead enterprise-level requirements strategy, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
The Senior Business Analyst will work within an Agile, multidisciplinary team alongside clinical stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, data and AI teams, QA engineers, and government stakeholders.
The Payor Intelligence Sr. Analyst will build and own payor intelligence, mapping complex relationships and policies within the U.S. payor landscape to drive product development and operational success.
The Principal Business Analyst leads complex cross-domain analysis initiatives, ensuring coherent requirements and fostering business architecture development within Taylor & Francis.
