- Maintain and improve the core enrichment pipeline for new signups and event attendees.
- Develop the fit scoring pipeline to evaluate companies against the ideal customer profile.
- Build systems to sync event attendee lists into Salesforce campaigns.
- Create and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via internal AI agents.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy and schema consistency.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proficient in TypeScript or Python with a solid understanding of async patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Ability to design database schemas and debug production incidents.
