About the role:
We're seeking a Senior PV Performance Engineer to support a growing portfolio of utility-scale and distributed solar assets across the United States.
This role combines solar performance engineering, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making to optimize plant performance, identify energy losses, and improve operational efficiency across the portfolio.

Leads instrumentation and controls engineering for multidisciplinary mining projects, overseeing design, technical reviews, client relationships, project delivery, and mentoring while developing solutions and proposals.
Lead studies to ensure safe and reliable connections of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems to the grid, while mentoring less-experienced engineers.
Design electrical systems for colocation and hyperscale data centers, developing power distribution and backup systems, calculations, drawings, and specifications while coordinating with project teams and clients.
Lead the development of Solid State Transformers for datacenters, shaping electronics architecture and technology roadmaps while guiding research, customer projects, and engineering teams.
