We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to management and internal departments, coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and assist with daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to routine inquiries and facilitate communication between internal teams and external contacts.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-up activities.
  • Support environmental project teams with documentation, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely updates to internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, compiling information, and completing administrative reports.
  • Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor assigned tasks, maintain organized workflows, and meet established deadlines.
