- Lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation and decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and align project stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery progress and provide clear status reports to customers and project leadership.
- Balance timelines, risks, functional requirements, and business value to support successful outcomes.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects in an SAP environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools, and Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Experience developing detailed project and resource plans and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and supply chain solutions such as SAP EWM, SAP TM, Yard Management, SAP IBP, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel when required by client projects.
