- Deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects focused on FI/CO and end-to-end financial processes.
- Configure and optimize General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and financial reporting.
- Integrate FI/CO with SAP MM, SD, PP, and EWM to support end-to-end processes.
- Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Support testing, cutover, go-live, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience across core financial and controlling processes.
- SAP S/4HANA experience and at least two full-cycle implementations, from requirements gathering and design through testing and go-live.
- Strong SAP FI/CO configuration and integration knowledge, particularly with MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, lead customer workshops, and produce functional specifications and project documentation.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid passport and valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.
- Willingness and availability to travel approximately 40%–60% to client sites, including internationally.

Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP FICO solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, leading customer workshops, and supporting projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with clients through on-site assignments.
