Your Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementations (Public/Private Cloud or On-Premise).
Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, define solution boundaries, and ensure adoption of best practices.
Develop solution architecture documents, integration blueprints, and data migration strategies.
Collaborate with customers to translate business pain points into digital core roadmaps.
Support pre-sales activities—solutioning, proposal writing, RFP response, and client presentations.
Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure solution consistency and quality.
Mentor consulting teams and build internal competencies around SAP S/4HANA.
Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap (RISE/Grow with SAP, BTP, AI & Automation trends).
Govern solution integrity across project lifecycle—design to go-live.
Your Experience and Skills:
12+ years of total SAP experience; at least 3-5 years as Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA
Strong functional expertise in atleast one Logistics Processes (Order to Cash, Plan to Fulfil, Order to Cash ) with cross Module integration expertise specially finance
Deep understanding of integrations (CPI, BTP, Ariba, Supply Chain Execution (TM/EWM), IBP, SAC).
Experience in delivering Projects using Activate Methodology
Experience in fit-to-standard cloud projects or rapid deployment templates for mid-market clients.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
Proven experience balancing design quality, project practicality, and business outcomes.
Exposure to pre-sales and proposal solutioning.
Strong understanding of India localization and regional deployment complexities.
SAP S/4HANA certification preferred; knowledge of BTP / RISE architecture is a plus.
