📜 Description

  • Build and oversee 'train the trainer' programs for vendor and partner instructors, ensuring consistent curriculum delivery.
  • Lead training content delivery for operators on safety-critical missions, including hands-on technical training for Waymo Fleet Response operations.
  • Implement technical training programs for Operations vendors related to autonomous vehicle on-road assistance.
  • Plan and execute a 'train the trainer' roadmap to meet market expansion needs and enhance safe operations.
  • Manage qualifications, certifications, and enrollments of vendor trainers within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Drive accountability and monitor the quality of external training partners to ensure operational readiness.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex technical and operational training programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective training delivery methodologies and certification in effective training practice.
  • Experience with train the trainer (TTT) programs and engaging presentation and facilitation style.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external training teams.
