About this role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will provide virtual (primarily telephonic) support for Medicaid patients. You will partner with Waymark pharmacists to help patients access medications, address barriers to medication non-adherence, access relevant durable medical equipment (DME), and elevate prescription needs to providers. You will report to the Clinical Pharmacist Lead in Virginia.
You will interact with patients through telehealth modalities (SMS, phone, and app-free video) as part of a broader team that includes community health workers who see patients in person and support patients in addressing social determinants of health, therapists who provide mental health counseling, and care coordinators who work closely with primary care providers to support wrap-around services. You should be familiar with pharmacist interventions in primary care that help patients overcome challenges gaining access to, and appropriately taking, their medications.

$22.38 - $25.42/hr all other locations within Virginia

The Registered Nurse conducts client assessments and home visits, educates caregivers, coordinates care plans with healthcare providers, and supports older adults and adults with disabilities in remaining safely at home.
Provide virtual medical consultations to patients in Colorado, diagnosing and treating conditions, prescribing medications, and offering ongoing support and guidance through telemedicine.
Provide telehealth psychotherapy to clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, while maintaining clinical records, responding to safety concerns, and coordinating additional support.
Provide evidence-based neurology and dementia care through patient sessions, partnering with therapists and neurologists to evaluate cognitive-behavioral conditions and support patients and families.
Provide virtual, evidence-based menopause care by assessing symptoms, creating personalized treatment plans, monitoring therapies and labs, and supporting patients through education and coordinated specialist care.
