Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you will troubleshoot, train customers, and maintain Roadway Work Equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Who will you be working with?
You will be working directly with our Customers and Sales teams to ensure all machines are meeting our customer expectations.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Field Services team, you will be responsible for all troubleshooting and customer training on new and existing Roadway Work Equipment. You will put new machines into service, which will include training and demonstrating the new equipment at the customer’s site. You will repair existing equipment at the customer’s site, troubleshoot the machines and perform the necessary service, maintenance, and repairs to restore the equipment to proper operation.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. Temperatures can range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Travel to remote job sites is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, climb, walk unassisted, sit and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

The salary rate for this role is currently $62100-85300 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
