SUE Field Supervisor
The SUE Field Supervisor manages daily operations of multiple field crews, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while overseeing utility locating projects.
This role is responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and successful commissioning of Wabtec OHV drive systems across the assigned region. The position serves as the primary technical interface with customers and OEMs, providing troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational support while ensuring timely communication of field findings and product performance insights to Wabtec engineering and manufacturing teams.
In addition, the role supports product quality and continuous improvement initiatives through inspections and failure analysis of components at customer and distributor repair facilities. The position also provides oversight of regional service contract execution, ensuring service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across Wabtec's installed OHV drive system fleet.

The salary rate for this role is currently $68900-98200 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
