You’ll be focused in:
• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders/process owners and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives and expected outcomes.
• Understanding business processes, challenges and opportunities, and ensuring correct translation into clear and actionable requirements.
• Managing and prioritizing the IT product backlog based on business value, strategic priorities and delivery capacity.
• Ensure correct definition and refinement of user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria together with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitating discussions and decision-making across different stakeholder groups, balancing competing needs and priorities.
• Providing transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and maximize the value delivered by the Team and related digital solutions.
• Supporting Agile ways of working and fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Working closely with SAP functional experts, developers and other IT professionals throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Coaching and training team members and stakeholders in organization techniques and processes.
In order to succeed, you'll need
