  • Design, build, and harden agentic workflows that plan and take actions reliably.
  • Build retrieval (RAG/search) pipelines that integrate client data into core applications.
  • Select appropriate models for tasks, justifying trade-offs in latency, cost, and quality.
  • Engineer prompts and context structures suitable for different model classes.
  • Write evaluations for AI features to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and the Claude API or similar.
  • Understanding of modern LLMs and reasoning models, including context windows.
  • Practical experience with building agentic workflows or RAG/retrieval pipelines.
  • Fluency in JavaScript/React and/or Python for evaluating and fixing AI-generated output.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
