Lead the migration of learning operations to SAP SuccessFactors Learning by configuring the platform, validating data, and coordinating the transition through testing and launch.
Provide functional expertise and client support across Oracle HCM Cloud, advising on configuration and process improvements while contributing to release adoption, service optimisation, solution design, and knowledge sharing.
