- Lead business workshops to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design solutions based on customer needs and provide expert advisory on data migration.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, managing communication effectively.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices during implementation.
- Drive change management for clients transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years of life sciences industry experience, with the majority time spent in the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain and experience in a consulting function.
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred, with the ability to communicate with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Japan Green Book and PMDA safety reporting requirements.
- Ability to conduct or support workshops, discussions and requirement clarification sessions
- Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.
- Must have a decent experience writing complex SQL queries on safety data set.
- Should have worked on implementing safety systems like Aris / Argus / Emperica / Commonwealth / RxLogix / or any home grown safety system
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction.
- Good to have experience building aggregate and analytical reports on safety data set.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Role
Professional Services is provided to our R&D customers for implementing Veeva applications on Veeva’s development cloud platform. We aim to be our customers' trusted partners and ensure they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer.

Veeva is looking for Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance senior consultants to join the Professional Services team and support our Vault Safety solution implementation.
As a Safety Senior Consultant, you will support a group of biopharmaceutical customers in implementing Veeva Safety on Veeva’s development cloud platform. As a subject matter expert, you would be leading the workshop discussions on configurations with concerned business leads, understand & document business requirements. Solution designing, problem solving and working closely with other leads / consultants on a project assignment would be part of core responsibilities in this role.What You'll Do
