- Align customer business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities.
- Translate business needs into scalable solution designs, recommend best practices, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering, system configuration, and full-lifecycle build, testing, and deployment.

- Coordinate communication between customer stakeholders and internal teams, explaining complex technical and functional concepts clearly.

- 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience
- Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
- Desire to be in role that involves self-directed organization and the ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take complex customer and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
