- Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills
- Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities
- Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva's data, software, and AI insights
- Support multiple projects while developing deep expertise in specific functional areas
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in two or three of the following areas: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
- Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
