- Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses.
- Lead internal response team alignment calls to understand customer needs and guide the team on assignments and timelines.
- Draft response deliverables and conduct thorough quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage multiple proposal assignments while consistently meeting deadlines.
🛠️ Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a fast-paced B2B SaaS technology environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- International business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support global operations across diverse time zones
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word. Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience using RFP/Strategic Response Management tools (e.g., Responsive, Qvidian, or Loopio)
- Experience in life sciences proposals
- APMP Foundation Certification
- Fluency in one or multiple European languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French)
