Manus is looking for an eager and self-motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing team.
As the Senior Accountant, you will report into the Controller, working alongside the Senior Director of Finance and the Head of Finance.
Based in our Sliedrecht office, this role follows a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week on-site.
What your day will look like:
About You:
Own close activities, reconciliations, and variance analysis while supporting specialized accounting areas, collaborating across finance teams, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
Own general ledger accounting and financial reporting for assigned Americas entities, leading end-to-end close, audit coordination, reconciliations, and process improvements under US GAAP.
Perform full-cycle accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting for hotel properties, partnering with property and finance teams to investigate variances, maintain controls and support accurate financial decisions.
Oversee recurring franchise billing and accounting across multiple portfolios, preparing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining billing controls and improving processes.
Own close and accounting for accruals, investments, leases, intercompany activity, and cost allocations while improving controls, automation, and audit readiness across a growing multi-entity business.
