- Your decisions are informed by data, and you are experienced with investigating and resolving a broad range of complex issues in the technology space.
- You facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders and ensuring user or customer needs are met.

What your work will look like:

Merchant journey: Establish a deep understanding of our merchants’ journey throughout the Unzer platform, from onboarding to settlement, opportunities and pain-points.

Manage and Deliver the Product Roadmap: Maintain and own the product roadmap for your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and on-time delivery of product enhancements and features.
- Own Product Initiatives: Plan and execute product initiatives end to end, demonstrating full product ownership and autonomy.
- KPI Definition & Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Proactively resolve complex challenges across varied product contexts by in-depth analysis from technical and business perspectives and focusing teams on delivering solutions.
