As a QC contributor, you will review completed language annotation tasks and ensure that AI-generated transcripts have been accurately converted into natural, readable display text according to the project guidelines. You will focus on identifying and correcting formatting, punctuation, capitalization, and text normalization issues.
Evaluate and annotate Fulah-language data for AI training, assessing linguistic accuracy, fluency, style, and cultural context while providing feedback to improve model quality.
Develop and execute Trust & Safety partnerships with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and subject matter experts, translating internal priorities into collaborative programs, events, and initiatives with measurable impact.
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of maintenance requests, ensuring a high-quality service experience for tenants and owners.
The Maintenance Specialist resolves complex maintenance issues, manages vendor relationships, and supports Maintenance Coordinators while ensuring high standards and compliance.
Coordinates cross-functional customer-facing and internal projects, owning plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates to keep initiatives across the Jamf portfolio on track and delivering intended results.
