  • Own the stablecoin product roadmap, determining which rails to build on and which stablecoins to support.
  • Build institutional-grade infrastructure that simplifies blockchain complexity while maintaining speed and cost efficiency.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
  • Design products that enable businesses to send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat currencies.
  • Ensure interoperability with fiat rails to integrate stablecoins into existing payment systems.
  • Navigate regulatory requirements to deliver compliant products across various markets.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, or cross-border payments company.
  • Deep expertise in stablecoin mechanics, reserve models, and how they interact with treasury flows.
  • Strong understanding of fiat rails and their reconciliation with stablecoin flows.
  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and ability to communicate with engineers.
  • Regulatory fluency in AML/KYC frameworks and licensing requirements.
  • Analytical skills with experience in SQL and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills for writing strategy memos and product specifications.
