Leading marketing for our postgraduate and lifelong learning portfolio, you'll use audience insight, strategic thinking, and compelling storytelling to engage prospective students and help them understand the opportunities available to them. You'll be comfortable working across a broad portfolio, translating complexity into clear, relevant marketing that supports informed decision-making and meaningful engagement.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The full salary range for this role is $114,400 - $ 154,800 - Band I, per annum.
We have a structured salary framework with three zones for those developing into the role (developing), fully effective (target) and contributing beyond what is expected of the role (upper). Appointments are typically made within the target range of $122,501 - $140,000, depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. Any offer will be made within the advertised range and guided by fairness, consistency, and our commitment to pay equity.

We're seeking a collaborative and results-driven marketing professional with experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, content and events within a complex, stakeholder-rich environment. You'll have a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities, working across diverse portfolios, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and senior leaders to achieve shared goals.
You'll combine strong people leadership and communication skills with a data-informed approach to decision making, using insights and performance metrics to optimise outcomes and inform recommendations.
