• Handle a caseload of general liability bodily injury and property damage claims from inception to final disposition.
• Conduct investigations and analyze information to make coverage determinations.
• Set appropriate expense and indemnity reserves within authority levels and monitor for adjustments.
• Develop and implement resolution strategies for high-quality outcomes.
• Proactively manage litigation and counsel, including planning and execution.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to senior claim leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five plus years handling General Liability litigated coverage and liability matters.
• Superior analytical ability and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and technical claim handling skills.
• Ability to analyze coverage and liability issues.
