Physiotherapist Part-time

Role

We are hiring a Physiotherapist (PT), based in Portugal, motivated by delivering the best possible patient care. This PT will join our team and will work remotely within Portugal! If you'd like to be a part of what we're building, please apply.

This is a part-time role, and the Total Compensation Range below is pending confirmation of the number of hours worked per week.

What you’ll be doing

• This is a part-time role (min 20 hours/week), where you will be allocating time to specific tasks and projects, depending on business needs. This time will be split between:

Patient Triage

• Conduct a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and safety screenings, identifying clinical red flags to determine program appropriateness.
• Clearly articulate the value and structure of the program to prospective patients, converting assessments into active participation.
• Utilize strong interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing skills to inspire patient commitment and long-term compliance.

What you need to have

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy;
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders AND/OR in the treatment of pelvic health disorders;
• A passion for personalised care that recognises the whole person, and views good health as more than just the absence of disease;
• Excellent interpersonal skills that come across even through a digital care workspace, translating in the ability to engage our members;
• Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment;
• A strong commitment to data security and privacy;
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment work;
• Fluency in English;
• Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer;
• Comfortable with web-based tools (full training provided).

A plus if you have experience in:

• Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s), such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent);
