Stord is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, driving exceptional candidate experiences and strategic sourcing efforts.

Description

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Finance and SG&A roles.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Track pipeline health and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
• Continuously refine interview processes to reduce time-to-hire.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for roles such as Accountants or Finance Managers.
• Strong sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search.
• Ability to engage Finance stakeholders and translate role requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-req pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.
