- Support a small, fast-moving engineering organization by identifying priorities and organizing customer feedback.
- Define product requirements and guide products through experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycles.
- Work directly with customers and engineering leaders to understand needs and translate them into product decisions.
- Establish processes for gathering and prioritizing product feedback across teams.
- Own product prioritization and planning, acting as the glue between engineering, revenue, and marketing.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an early-stage or startup environment.
- Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience.
- Experience building technical products for developers or engineering teams.
- Ability to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and specifications.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, and modern developer tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
