  • Prepare and review Cost Control System and Progress Measurement reports.
  • Analyze and report variances between forecasts and current budgets.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and assess change order requests.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-On experience in using Project Management System (i.e. Procore, Unifier)
  • Knowledge of Accounting Systems (Oracle Fusion, Vista, SAP)
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Risk Analysis techniques
  • Experience in large industrial construction projects preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
