Job Summary:
The Property Accountant (PA) will manage daily accounting tasks and be accountable for the financial accuracy of specific properties. The PA will also ensure their portfolio of properties is audit-and report-ready by keeping accounts current, reconciled, and transparent. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and have a high attention to detail. In success, the PA will develop a deep understanding of his or her properties and apply that expertise to prompt and accurate reporting and forecasting. The Property Accountant will report to the Senior Team Lead and is part of the Accounting department.

The General Ledger Accountant will maintain general ledgers, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and support various accounting functions while driving process improvements.
The Property Accountant will prepare monthly financial statements, manage general ledger activities, and support property managers with financial inquiries in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
